We hope you had a relaxing enjoyable end to 2023. We are starting off the New Year with some exciting things to bring our vision of a more sustainable and conscious shopping environment to life.
First, we are very excited to share that our newest brand, Rip Curl, will be our first contributor to our monthly giveaway! Rip Curl has been in existence since 1969 and is known as a world leading surf brand, but they are much more. From their beginning the Value of Community and Environment was instilled by their founders, which led to the creation of Rip Curl Planet, the structure for all Rip Curl’s environmental initiatives.

Yep! Each month for this entire year we will offer an in-store giveaway that you can enter in three easy steps
1. Visit the store - in-person
2. Hunt around and find our wooden logo (about the size of a drink coaster)
3. Posting a picture of it - on Instagram or Facebook

February is B Corp Month!
Wait, did someone say B Corp? Why yes, B Corp month is coming soon! Every year February is B Corp month. And in recognition of this, we will be hosting multiple instore events for you to learn about brands and their commitment to business as a force for good, their products and save some $ on these amazing styles as we celebrate all that is B Corp! Our new charity partner!
And finally, we would like to share that Donation Charity for January to March of 2024 is Marillac Place. Marillac Place supports new mothers and mothers-to-be facing homelessness in Waterloo Region by providing a safe living environment, teaching parenting & life skills and developing supportive relationships. As with all the charities we support, we are thankful for the work Marillac Place does to provide a safe space for those in Waterloo Region that need it.
