Created as a response to the Covid-19 Pandemic on March 30, 2020, Founder Julie Sawatzky started this grassroots mission to help others in a time of great need. Their mission is simple: be honest, be kind, show love and compassion, and do it all while being humble!
From its beginnings of Julie and her children distributing food to those on the street, to only 2 short two years later having 12 programs, 23 Little Free Pantries and outreach that provides food to over 300 people living on the streets of Waterloo Region each week.
